This Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course provides candidates with easy to understand and implement problem solving tools such as the automotive industry standard 8D approach. Practitioners also apply Lean tools using a real life scenario, role play and process simulation. The Six Sigma problem solving methodology to reduce process variation, concentrates on concepts such as Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control (DMAIC). Our approach enables practitioners to leverage knowledge gained for immediate impact from day 1 back in the business.
