Management training and development program overview

Our Management Development Program is designed to allow managers and leaders identify their capability gaps to best practice people and team development.

The program consists of nine, one day, modules which are typically delivered over a 9 week period. Designed to challenge existing behaviour through workplace based scenarios and role play, managers begin to identify opportunities to change how they approach common people management and team effectiveness challenges.

The program covers topics like: leadership, motivating people, team building, dealing with conflict, change management, and problem-solving.

To ensure learnings are implemented from day 1, post training, candidates develop individual workplace based action plans. Action plans are reviewed at the start of the next module and consolidated for group discussion and learning.
